Standing on Ceremony: The Gay Marriage Plays

Posted on Nov 22, 2011

Combining hopes, dreams, emotions and the law, Standing on Ceremony is thought provoking.

Staged at the Minetta Lane Theatre in the heart of Greenwich Village, this Off-Broadway comedy takes a look at the laws and their effect on relationships and marriage.  It’s funny, thoughtful and interesting.  The cast is “reading” short stories from three ring binders.  Six actors take on the 10 different plays.  It’ll make you think about relationships, laws and society trying to work together.
