Town cars, limousines, Mercedes, Navigators, vans, or buses, Discover New York has chauffeurs to transport you from airport to Manhattan or anywhere in the city. It is your destination – so arrive in style. We also provide more adventurous travel options that include helicopters and private yachts and jets.

Travel Prices and Requirements:

Airport transfer prices include: Meet and Greet at the airport, garage time to garage time charges, fuel surcharge, and 20% gratuity. Additional garage time to garage time charges will be applied if pick-up or drop-off is for airports other than LaGuardia, JFK or Newark. Our office will check with the airline for expected arrival time one hour prior to scheduled flight arrival time. If the plane’s landing is delayed after that check, the client will be billed at an hourly rate rather than at straight transfer rate. Use the pricing information below for calculations, plus 8.875% tax collected on behalf of the vendor.

All passengers are met in the baggage area by a representative and helped with their luggage to the respective car, limousine, or van. The representative will radio the driver after the luggage has arrived and the car will be brought as close to the curb as the police will allow for that day. Distances from the terminal to the vehicle do vary with each airport and each airline.

Cancellation and Refund Policy for all Transfers: Transfers are refundable if cancelled 3 or more business days in advance of the event date. A handling fee of 15% of the cancelled booking will be charged, subject to a minimum charge of $30.00. No refund for any cancellation within 3 days of the event date.
