Cancellation and Refund Policy for all Transfers

Transfers are refundable if cancelled 3 or more business days in advance of the event date; a handling fee of 15% of the cancelled booking will be charged, subject to a minimum charge of $30.00. No refund for any cancellation within 3 days of the event date.
