Marilyn Knox – Travel Leaders
The special visit to NYC by my client and her family/friends was spectacular! She said she was so happy at the way things were going that at one point she cried with joy.
I have been a travel agent for many years. It is a delight to work with professionals who understand my needs. I had booked their air and their hotel in Manhattan. You took my client’s framework and made this an extra special trip.
She said that they had a really nice van meet them at LGA. Their guide was Sara and she was top notch. They made their first stop at a restaurant where they could look out and see the Statue of Liberty which was one of the group’s requests. It could not have been more perfect!
They toured and saw all the tourist spots, including the 9/11 Memorial which was another request. Their day was pretty close to perfect!
The next morning they went to the Metropolitan Museum and you arranged for a docent to help them with the Chinese collection. The wheelchair at the Met was perfect for our lady who needed it. Lunch near Rockefeller Center was great, Sara found a doorway which led them to the tree and the skaters. They were thrilled.
Dinner at Sardi’s after the theater and a dash to the airport. They were in plenty of time–quite a trip for two days from Chicago to New York! DNYKG made the trip perfect–thank you so much!
You may remember that this was their second Kitt Garrett orchestrated trip–you made me look like a genius and my client very happy.
