"We help you turn the ordinary into the extraordinary!"

Thank you for all of your comments about the monthly newsletter. We are delighted that you are enjoying it. Please do visit our new website for program details with pricing. You will find the prices for transfers, tours, helicopter rides, all listed there.

Thank you to Wendy Perrin and Condé Nast Traveler for choosing us as their exclusive “Destination Specialist for New York City” for the third consecutive year!  We are thrilled to be included amongst the top travel specialists around the world.

I didn't know you did that!

We’re arriving in New York City to take a Fall Foliage Cruise and want to know what you can offer for us to experience in NYC after we check out of the hotel but before we check into the cruise ship? We’ve been to New York so many times and want to see something beyond what the average tourist would get to see.
Whether you are departing from the hotel on your way to the cruise ship, or arriving on the cruise ship into New York and transferring to the airport, there are a variety of Shore Excursions that can make your time in New York City more special.  Call and let us know your interests.  For instance, if you love art and would normally go to the museum, let us get the tickets to the museum for you so that you don’t have to waste a minute waiting on the line, and then go into an artist’s studio and see how the art is made.  Let us know if you prefer to see paint put on canvas, prints being made, glass being blown or meet with a gallery owner to see why and how art is collected so you can fine tune your own eye the next time that you make a purchase.  Just tell us how you would normally spend your limited time in the city, and let us show you a New York beyond what you already know!

Can we purchase your Escorted Experiences as a gift certificate for our holiday shopping this year?
The holidays will be here before you know it, and gift certificates make ideal presents for both your corporate clients as “thank you’s” for an outstanding job, or we can build a whole incentive trip around one to customize a weekend in New York City for each employee!

For the special relatives in your family, imagine a grandmother providing a gift certificate to her grandchildren that allows them to go to one of the top Broadway shows and meet a dance captain in a rehearsal studio to learn one of the routines from the show, and dance with one of the starts!  Younger children adore having a make-up artist turn them into one of the characters from the show.  The more athletic children enjoy “stage combat” and learning how to move across the stage.  Since the price is the same whether one person or 8 attends the program, why not enjoy the experience together with other family members?

Who is on your gift list?
Mother
Father
Sister
Brother
Grandmother
Grandfather
Uncles
Aunts

It is so hard to believe that the summer is ending and the fall season is coming into full swing. Where does the time go?

The opening and closing of so many hotels in New York City is getting customers confused.  What’s hip, what’s hot, what’s cozy and what’s not?

Please feel free to call us and ask what seems to be the correct match for you and your clients.  It’s very challenging to hear that people want a three, four or five star property and nothing else.  Please provide a price point, since the hotel rates vary so much depending upon the day of the week and month.  What you could afford to spend one day, is simply out of reach the next.

What’s important to you?  Is it contemporary or old world elegant, child and or pet friendly, which property has a “Club Level” lounge and what does each offer for the price that they charge?  Some have full open bars and six food and beverage presentations, others have a few nibbles and an honor bar.  Would you rather stay in a lovely hotel facing a brick wall, or have less service and a view?  Who has a suite that comes with an extra ½ bath?  Can you really walk to the theater or shopping?   What would you pay for a working fireplace and terrace for a romantic get-a-away?  There really is something for everyone.  Our rule of thumb is simple.  When you wake up in the morning, describe to us what you want to see and how much you want to spend.  We can take it from there.

New Year’s Eve in New York City has so many ways to celebrate.  You can see fireworks in Central Park while dining on caviar and Champagne and dance the night away, or celebrate on a yacht with fireworks in the harbor.  Then, if you really want to feel in the middle of it all, we now can offer a fabulous evening of food and entertainment that finishes with you standing in Times Square in your own designated space to watch the ball drop!  Call Cheryl Smith, Director of Sales in our office for tips and let her book something perfect for your FIT client.
