"We help you turn the ordinary into the extraordinary!"

Thank you for all of your comments about the monthly newsletter. We are delighted that you are enjoying it. Please do visit our website for program details with pricing. You will find the prices for transfers, tours, helicopter rides, all listed there.

I didn't know you did that!

What will we see on the backstage tour?
Going backstage with a cast member before or after your Broadway show allows you to see the wigs, make-up, costumes, props, walk across the stage and look out into the audience and understand how many people work behind the scenes to make the show work seamlessly.  You’ll be able to ask questions and get a real feel of the activity from the stagehands and actors.  This opportunity can be offered for up to 6 people per cast member.  If your group is larger, you will be able to go into a rehearsal studio with either cast members and/or the people that help create the show: director, producer, casting director, costumer and musical director and you can ask questions and hear how the show was created and financed and brought to Broadway.  Call 212-370-1319 for more details. This opportunity is available when you book your transfers, hotel and theater tickets with DNY.

What can you offer for a group that loves cheese and wine?
Food lovers have a wide variety of programs to choose from when working with DNY’s Destination Specialists.  Enjoy a cheese and wine class in a private room either at a sit down class or walk around stations and sample wines and cheese.  After the event, your guests will be impressed when they receive their own personalized wine report with the wine descriptions, their individual ratings, group ratings and other recommendations.

Our Sommelier will entertain your guests with a tasting of world class wines with any of the following themes:

Regional Wine Tasting – By country or region (i.e. Bordeaux, Rioja, Australia)
Wines of the World – Sample different wines from different countries
Varietal Tastings – (i.e.  Great cabs from around the world)
Golf Themed – Sample wines from golf greats such as Arnold Palmer, Nick Faldo, Ernie Els and Greg Norman
Sports Themed – Sample wines from sports legends such as Joe Montana, Wayne Gretsky, Tommy Lasorda, Dick Vermeil and Mike Ditka.

It’s a fun way to spend an evening learning about wine and which are your favorites.  The cheese will be paired with the wine selections.  This opportunity is perfect for holiday parties rather than the more formal sit down dinners.  It works very well for team building too!

What can you offer during the holidays to take advantage of great shopping opportunities?
Shopping programs can run the gambit from personal shoppers in department stores, fashion shows for groups in department stores with breakfast before the store opens to the public, to neighborhood shopping with license guides who really know the great little boutiques and the Wholesale Only locations in the Garment District.  Charles Nolan’s designs can be found in Bloomingdales, Saks Fifth Avenue and Lord  & Taylor.  A DNY exclusive during November is to stop by Charles Nolan’s boutique in the Meatpacking District on the corner of Hudson and Gansevoort and receive one of his signed limited edition (8x10) sketch of your choice …even if you don’t find something you want to purchase. **these are the same (18x24) sketches that are for sale in the shop** There are just a few simple guidelines:
