Thank you to Wendy Perrin and Condé Nast Traveler for choosing us as their exclusive “Destination Specialist for New York City” for the third consecutive year!  We are thrilled to be included amongst the top travel specialists around the world.

I didn't know you did that!

What apartments can you offer in different neighborhoods so that we can enjoy the city with our family?
Brand new luxury apartments are now available in three neighborhoods. (Times Square, Sutton Place and Central Park.  There are 1-2 Bedrooms and 1-2 bathrooms)

Times Square: In the heart of the theatre district and the exhilarating spirit and landmark innovative digital outdoor advertising of Times Square, yet just steps from Sixth Avenue’s business and media corridor, the Times Square property is appropriate for visitors looking for nightlife as well as those in town on business. Located on a quiet stretch of West 44th Street between Sixth and Seventh Avenues, the completely modernized property is close to Radio City Music Hall and Rockefeller Center, surrounded by quintessential Broadway houses such as the Lyceum Theater and the Booth Theater, as well as exciting smaller venues such as the not-for profit Roundabout Theater Company, and is just blocks away from the headquarters of industry giants PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Paine Webber, Time Warner and NBC.

Accommodations: Custom furniture and bedding with exclusive rem mattresses, Egyptian cotton linens and selection of pillows, stainless stele appliances and quartz zodiac countertops with frosted glass back splash, mosaic baths with glass shower enclosures, flat screen televisions in living room and bedroom, expanded digital cable featuring multiple HBO channels, washer and dryer in each suite, wooden floors.

Sutton Place: Located on East 56th Street between First and Second Avenues, sits one of NYC’s most prestigious and exclusive neighborhoods. The building, formerly the Sutton Hotel, has been fully renewed with a gracious ambiance that is elegant but no too formal, impressive yet not overwhelming in scale. The neighborhood – named after Effington B. Sutton, a shipping magnate who developed the land along the East River in the 1870’s – is bordered by East 53rd and East 59th Streets. Interesting architecture abounds, led by one of the most respectful residential apartment buildings in town. One Sutton Place South, a new-Georgian style mansion designed by famed early 20th Century architect Rosario Candela. Here, serenity and calm reign, providing a respite from the commotion of Midtown.

Accommodations: grand two bedroom suites with rich mahogany flooring and coffered ceilings, wonderful European charm and grace, ultra modern kitchens with poggen pohl cabinetry, granite countertops, bosch and sub-zero appliances, spacious and luxurious marble bathrooms, en-suite safes, premium cable package with multiple HBO channels, individually controlled thermostats for heating or cooling.

Central Park: A Stone’s throw from Central Park, the modernistic Apple store, Bergdorf Goodman, and the famed Plaza Hotel, the Central Park property is in the center of this vibrant city. Just west of Fifth Avenue on 58th Street, the building has been completely redesigned as an antidote to the ordinary, and is an ideal choice for work or as a starting place for a city outing. Walk north from the front door into the park for a walk through the Great Lawn – home to several free New York Philharmonic concerts each summer – and then circle along the Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis Reservoir. Or head down Fifth Avenue, to toy giant FAO Schwarz, tiffany & Co., Gucci, Harry Winston, and boutique department stores. Takashimaya and Henri Bendel. But shopping isn’t all there is-upper fifth Avenue is home to nine great museums – including the Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Frank Lloyd Wright designed Guggenheim, with its well known circular leitmotif.

Accommodations: elegant and sophisticated studio, one and two bedroom suites, fully furnished in a modern, yet comfortable style, entry foyers with luxurious oriental st. laurent stone flooring, state of the art kitchens featuring stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops with grohe and kohler fixtures, grand oversized bathrooms with mosaic stone flooring, emperador costa stone walls and kohler fixtures, premium cable package with multiple hbo channels, individually controlled thermostats for heating and cooling
