Quick Checklist for program needs:
- Transportation:
- Coordinating arrival and departures and staffing needs is a phone call to our offices. For quick pricing, click on Transfers and Limousines, then click on the vehicle that you need. All prices include gratuities. For dine around evenings, simply add ground staff at $125.00 per hour per person based upon a four hour minimum at the hotel for departures to the restaurant. Add one staff at each restaurant for departures to speed bringing the vehicles to the door after dinner to return to the hotel. Please remember that in NYC, the vehicles cannot wait outside of the restaurant for the passengers.
- Hospitality desk staffing
- Let us know the number of staff that you need, which languages you request, dates and the hours per staff per day based upon a minimum of four hours.
- Experiences for attendees and spouses
- Off-site experiences for executives and spouses are also on our web site for quick reference. Many additional programming options are available to you by simply calling us with dates, number of passengers and background information, time of day you wish to start and end each experience and the budget for your program. Let us know if you wish to offer team-building experiences.
- Theater tickets
- To see what is currently playing on Broadway, simply click Theater and Entertainment. To determine which show is the best fit for your needs, click on Kitt’s Picks Theater for personal recommendations. Let us know the dates and number of seats that you require and whether your attendees wish to sit in either the VIP Orchestra or the side orchestra or rear or front mezzanine so that we can provide each price quote to you. Please note that VIP Orchestra seats are located in the first 15 rows. Non-VIP are either on the sides of the orchestra or in the mezzanine.
Should your group wish to have cocktails and Hors d’Oeuvres at the theater with the cast in full costume before the show including VIP seating, please call us for rates and availability.
- Off-site dinners
- Let us know the cuisine, ambiance, number of attendees, AV needs, and budget to help you find the perfect location.
- De'cor
- Theme de'cor for dinners and receptions at the hotel or off-site space will be quoted on a per request basis to meet your needs and budget requirement for options for special events, dinners and private yachts.
- Lunches
- For a quick reference of our favorite restaurants, click on Kitt’s Picks Restaurants. You are welcome to book them on your own, work with the chef to create your own menus, handle the changes in attendee numbers and accounting and reconciliation, or we can provide that service for you at cost plus a coordination fee.
- Speakers and entertainment
- Whether your need an expert speaker on a particular topic, a harpist or full theatrical production, DNYKG can meet your programming needs once we understand your dates, space and budget requirement.
- Private yachts
- Contact us to find the perfect private yacht for your needs whether it is a casual buffet or a sit down meal.
- Private helicopter tours
- The perfect way to see New York City in your own helicopter that can accommodate either 6 or 7 passengers. Given 24 hours notice, your tour can be rescheduled if the weather is inclement at the discretion of the pilot.
