Brand new luxury apartments are now available in three neighborhoods. (Times Square, Sutton Place and Central Park). They are.1-2 Bedrooms and 1-2 bathrooms and can be booked with a minimum of three nights.

Times Square: In the heart of the theatre district and the exhilarating spirit and landmark innovative digital outdoor advertising of Times Square, yet just steps from Sixth Avenue’s business and media corridor, the Times Square property is appropriate for visitors looking for nightlife as well as those in town on business. Located on a quiet stretch of West 44th Street between Sixth and Seventh Avenues, the completely modernized property is close to Radio City Music Hall and Rockefeller Center, surrounded by quintessential Broadway houses such as the Lyceum Theater and the Booth Theater, as well as exciting smaller venues such as the not-for profit Roundabout Theater Company, and is just blocks away from the headquarters of industry giants PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Paine Webber, Time Warner and NBC.

Monthly property rentals range from $15,000 and up per month. What price between these two amounts is the actual price that you would be comfortable paying for your rental? Many apartments require a security fee equal to one month's rent in addition to the rental fee and is paid prior to taking the apartment. Additional fees may apply.
