Times Square: In the heart of the theatre district and the exhilarating spirit and landmark innovative digital outdoor advertising of Times Square, yet just steps from Sixth Avenue’s business and media corridor, the Times Square property is appropriate for visitors looking for nightlife as well as those in town on business. Monthly property rentals range from $15,000 and up per month. What price between these two amounts is the actual price that you would be comfortable paying for your rental? Many apartments require a security fee equal to one month's rent in addition to the rental fee and is paid prior to taking the apartment. Additional fees may apply.
