DNY’s Destination Specialists work with you to design every aspect of your client’s vacation or business trip, including apartments, personal travel requests, providing access to theater, entertainment, sports, and more. Your clients remain your clients and you, the Professional Travel Consultant are our client. We are happy to work with your clients directly on your behalf on a conference call with them or directly for you.

DNY provides full program creative development, management and coordination. We package the program for an all inclusive experience with airport transfers, hotel, restaurant reservations, access to the best seats at concerts, sporting events, theaters; working with the best experts in a variety of fields to share local knowledge with licensed guides, all taxes and gratuities are included. DNY carries $2 million worth of insurance and assumes the financial/service/insurance risk for 3rd parties.

Transportation Pricing

Group - Coordinating arrival and departures and staffing needs is a phone call to our offices. For quick pricing, click on Transfers and Limousines, 6.1 Transfers & Limousines then find the vehicle that you need. All prices include gratuities, taxes and tolls.
Hotels
FIT - Creative Development of Packages for FIT.
Group - Please let us know the arrival and departure dates, number of passengers and preferred room configuration, King, double-double, suite, smoking or non-smoking and budget since hotel prices vary by the day and season of the year. Please make note of any special amenities that your clients prefer such as fresh flowers, chocolate dipped strawberries and whipped cream, special wines or gifts that would make their stay special.
Anyone can visit NYC and go to a museum and see an exhibition on prints. Your clients will be able to meet an artist in his studio and see how the prints are made!
Anyone can go to a Broadway show. Your clients will be able to go to a rehearsal studio and meet with a Casting Director or Producer and learn how the shows are created and financed.
Anyone can go a Cabaret show. Your clients will be able to take a private voice lesson and learn song styling and breathing techniques and cut their own CD.

To determine which show is the best fit for your needs, click on Kitt’s Picks Theater to read her personal recommendations. Let us know the dates and number of seats that you require and whether your attendees wish to sit in either the VIP Orchestra or the side orchestra or rear or front mezzanine so that we can provide each price quote to you. Please note that VIP Orchestra seats are located in the first 15 rows. Non-VIP seats are either on the sides of the orchestra or in the mezzanine. Backstage access with a cast member before or after the show is limited to 6 people per cast member.
Restaurant reservations and nightclubs
For a quick reference of our favorite restaurants, click on Kitt’s Picks Restaurants. You are welcome to book them on your own or we are happy to help. Fees are $50 for up to 4 people, and $100 for 5 people or more depending upon the restaurant. Please call for specific pricing and availability.
Nightclubs
VIP status begins at $150.00 for 2 people plus bottle minimums that are paid directly by the client at the club. For more than 2 people, please call for a specific quote.
Private yachts
Contact us to find the perfect private yacht for your needs. Let us know the date, whether you prefer a three or four hour lunch or dinner cruise, the number of passengers, the occasion, the approximate ages of the guests, and if they prefer a buffet or sit down lunch or dinner.
Private helicopter tours
The perfect way to see New York City is in a private helicopter that can accommodate either 6 or 7 passengers. Given 24 hours notice, your tour can be rescheduled if the weather is inclement at the discretion of the pilot.
