Transportation Pricing

FIT: Pricing for the transfers and hourly rates are on our website. Click on Transfers and Limousines, then the vehicle that you need. Please remember that an 8 passenger stretch limousine has the same trunk space as a Town Car.
Group: Coordinating arrival and departures and staffing needs is a phone call to our offices. For quick pricing, click on Transfers and Limousines, then click on the vehicle that you need. All prices include gratuities, taxes and tolls.

Hotels

FIT: We are happy to create packages for you. If you need a hotel room and nothing else, it is best to book that yourself.
Group: Please let us know the arrival and departure dates, number of passengers and preferred room configuration, King, double-double, suite, smoking or non-smoking and budget since hotel prices vary by the day and season of the year. Please make note of any special amenities that your clients prefer such as fresh flowers, chocolate dipped strawberries and whipped cream, special wines or gifts that would make their stay special for them.

Experiences

Anyone can visit NYC and go to a museum and see an exhibition on prints. Your clients will be able to meet an artist in his studio and see how the prints are made! Anyone can go to a Broadway show. Your clients will be able to go to a rehearsal studio and meet with a Casting Director or Producer and learn how the shows are created and financed. Anyone can go a Cabaret show. Your clients will be able to take a private voice lesson and learn song styling and breathing techniques and cut their own CD.

Theater tickets

To see what is currently playing on Broadway, simply click Theater and Entertainment. To determine which show is the best fit for your needs, click on Kitt’s Picks Theater for personal recommendations. Let us know the dates and number of seats that you require and whether your attendees wish to sit in either the VIP Orchestra or the side orchestra or rear or front mezzanine so that we can provide each price quote to you. Please note that VIP Orchestra seats are located in the first 15 rows. Non-VIP are either on the sides of the orchestra or in the mezzanine.

Restaurant reservations and nightclubs

For a quick reference of our favorite restaurants, click on Kitt’s Picks Restaurants. You are welcome to book them on your own or we are happy to help. Fees are $50 and up for up to 4 people, and $100 and up for over 4 people depending upon the restaurant. Please call for specific pricing and availability

Nightclubs

VIP status begins at $150.00 for 2 people plus bottle minimums that are paid directly by the client at the club. For more than 2 people, please call for a specific quote.

Private yachts

Private helicopter tours

The perfect way to see New York City in your own helicopter that can accommodate either 6 or 7 passengers. Given 24 hours notice, your tour can be rescheduled if the weather is inclement at the discretion of the pilot.
